Located in a remote part of Eldon Square, it is the place to go if you are looking for a very nice, but slightly expensive gift. Amongst the shops within easy reach: jewellery shops, art galleries or even a pen shop that should ravish shoppers from all around the world.
Don't forget to take a break from your shopping spree by popping by the Brownie Bar and order a Nutella brownie and a milkshake, a slightly calorific but delicious treat. And if you ever feel guilty after that, don’t worry. A new gym is to be built in the centre within the next months and should put you back in shape!

Products are fresh and of good quality. If you are busy with your studies, do not hesitate to ask for a home delivery, which some of the shops offer and only charge you a very small amount of money. As for transportation, Buses number 10, 11. 38. 40 and 32 will take you there.

Tynemouth Market
Located in the Tynemouth metro station, this market is a large covered market which is a good shelter when it’s raining. Among the treasure s books, homemade cupcakes, self-designed jewellery, flowers, cheese, badges, paintings and a nice selection of gifts. The interesting thing is that you don’t know who will be selling and especially what they will sell. And of course, Tynemouth is a brilliant place if you want to admire the seaside, so get ready to wear your glasses and join your friends to the beach, it won’t disappoint you!

Yankee Doodle Candy
